John D. Cochran joins Mantacus as the new Vice President of Defence Relations.
We are proud to welcome John D. Cochran as the new Vice President of Defence Relations at Mantacus Inc.
John brings over 30 years of distinguished service in the United States Army, with more than two decades dedicated to Special Operations. His extensive experience spans tactical, operational, and strategic levels, including his role as Senior Special Operations Advisor to the Deputy Director of Global Integration at the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA). In his final years of service, he also served as an Acting Defense Intelligence Senior Leader, where he shaped defense strategy and global security operations.
At Mantacus, John will lead our efforts to strengthen defense partnerships and expand our role in advancing multi-sensor security technologies that shape the future of defense and intelligence operations.
